Tour Details

Your guide will pick you up from Johannesburg to our beautiful Hazyview for the Game drive to enjoy and see some cats as well as the Big 5 animals and other animals in the Kruger National Park.

Day 1

Your guide will pick you up from Johannesburg to our beautiful Hazyview, straight to the beautiful Machai lodge where you will be staying. Our journey from Johannesburg to Hazyview will take about 4 hours and 30 minutes and It might take you about 15 to 25 minutes doing check-in. Then you will relax and get prepared for our full-day safari on the following day.

Day 2

You will arise very early in the morning and your tour guide will come to pick you up for the Full day safari drive at 05:30 am because we about 15 minutes drive to Phabeni gate and the gate opens at 06:00 am, which give us enough time to finish signing the entry forms.

Then we start our drive, in the morning between 6 and 06:30 to experience the beauty and diversity of Kruger National Park, and explore the nature conservation, you will be able to see the sunrise over unspoilt bushes your guide will interpret the natural bush as well as offer further insight into the ways of the Kruger National Park.

We will have our meal in one of the restaurants inside Kruger National Park for about 30 minutes to 1 hour. We will then continue seeing the big five animals, ugly cats, birds and all types of animals that are in the park on our way to the gate, with our best-qualified guide explaining how the animals live and also answering all questions.

Day 3

Today we awake a little later and, after a whole-hearted breakfast at the lodge, we make our way to the Graskop Road for the scenic Panorama route.

We will visit the Gorge lift, Gods Window, Blyde River Canyon – as well as the Three Rondavels and a small town called Graskop, where we will have lunch. We also visit Bourke’s Luck Potholes, found in the Blade River and surrounding waterfalls like Lisbon and Mac Mac Falls. It is meant to be a stress-free day.

We return in the afternoon for some leisure time, a swim, and time to rest after the past few exciting days. We then have dinner and get to bed for the next day’s animal sightings in the Kruger National Park.

DAY 4

You will arise very early in the morning and your tour guide will come to pick you up for the Morning safari drive at 05:30 am.

Since animals are most active in the morning, you’ll have a better chance of spotting leopards, hyena, lions and more. Learn about the area of Kruger National Park as you go, including distinct behaviour patterns of everything from hippos to elephants.

At about 11:30 to 12:00 pm will departure to the lodge to prepare to go back to Johannesburg.
