Enjoy a 5-Day Kruger National Park Open Vehicle Safari with Kruger via Canyon Safaris. The Kruger National Park is one of the world’s leading nature reserves, with Big 5 animals and many more. One has a great probability of coming upon lion, elephant, leopard, and buffalo on a 5-day safari.

Day 1: Transfer & Panorama tour. (Dinner included)

Clients will be composed of OR Tambo International Airport then, on the way to Hazyview in Mpumalanga Province, will then use the road via Panorama Route – well-thought-out SA’s most lovely drives and explore the Mpumalanga highlands. Clients will visit the Blyde River Canyon, then Bourke’s Luck potholes, as well as Lisbon Falls and the beautiful God’s Window, and scenic three Rondavels. After the electrifying day, clients will head to their lodge in Hazyview. Where they will stay for the next 4 nights; and is just a 15 min drive to Phabeni gate of the Kruger National Park. The client will then enjoy dinner, some leisure time and an early night in bed, as they will need to rise early the next morning.

Day 2: Full Day safari at Kruger National Park in an open vehicle

Our safari starts very early, before sunrise, to the Kruger National Park in an open vehicle. We enter the park at one of the best wildlife areas; here you will spend the day on a safari with your qualified tour guide and you will visit numerous, lookout points & rivers.

We will stop for breakfast in one of the restaurants in the Kruger National Park then continue our safari looking for the massive Big 5, not missing out on a lot of bird species. Your tour guide will ensure the very best experience.

We return to the lodge late afternoon (around 5 pm) after a great day on safari. You can then relax, and have a look on the pictures you took using your smartphones and cameras. Get ready for the next day.

Day 3: Full-Day Panorama tour.

Today we awake a little later and, after a whole-hearted breakfast at the lodge, we make our way to the Graskop Road for the scenic Panorama route.

We will visit the Gorge lift, Gods Window, Blyde River Canyon – as well as the Three Rondavels and a small town called Graskop, where we will have lunch. We also visit Bourke’s Luck Potholes, found in the Blade River and surrounding waterfalls like Lisbon and Mac Mac Falls. It is meant to be a stress-free day.

We return in the afternoon for some leisure time, a swim, and time to rest after the past few exciting days. We then have dinner and get to bed for the next day’s animal sightings in the Kruger National Park.

Day 4: Full Day safari at Kruger National Park in an open vehicle

You will have to get up before the sun has risen to proceed on another safari with your same tour guide as the previous day, but then you get to experience the gorgeous sunrise again. We will visit a different area of the Kruger National Park than the day before and the guide will focus on finding different wildlife that might have mentioned to you the day before. This will be another experience and not just experience but superlative one in the park. Another best photo on a different angle than the day before.

We’ll have 2 stops; 1 for breakfast and 1 for lunch. We return to the lodge at around 5 pm for a swim, relax and catch up on the last few days of pictures and experiences. But be sure to get to bed early, as you will have to get up early for your final safari the next day.

Day 5: Morning Safari and transfer back to Johannesburg.

We proceed early again from the lodge on your last safari, remember to leave your luggage packed and ready because when coming back we head on the road back to the Airport. We will entering the park as the sun rises for the morning drive Since animals are most active in the morning and evenings, you’ll have a better chance of spotting leopards, hyena, lions and more. Then we leave the park and make our way to your lodge in Hazyview where you will change from open vehicle to a car that will take you back to OR Tambo after a great safari.
